Be sure not to apply any lotion before your test. The lotion may interfere with the skin contact of the electrodes.
The machine leads are stuck onto your chest. There can be up to 10 leads attached at a time, including placement on your limbs for a full measurement.
The EKG test is highly efficient and takes only a few minutes to run completely. You will simply rest while the machine records.
